Return Policy UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 24 hours of package delivery. Damage claims must be filed within 24 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions. All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: DSDI™ will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to DSDI™ and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. DSDI™ is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end consumer and/or customer location. If non-defective merchandise received does not qualify for replacement, customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. WE reserve the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. We will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products. Please note that the following items may not be returned: Returns are for replacement only. Replacement credit will be issued at the original purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower. |
